Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM ET to start processing on the next business day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekends and holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All purchases are subject to credit authorization before processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with order details. Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order within 24-48 hours. A link will also be included with tracking information to check the status of your order.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please be sure to check the email address associated with your order, check your Spam/Junk/Trash email folder as well.

Order confirmation emails may be delayed as a result of high order volume. Please contact our customer service team if you have not received your confirmation email within 24-48 hours of your purchase.


Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 2-5 days and 7-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited-edition launches, this time may vary. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by courier and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our fulfillment center.

Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling, and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore cannot be reimbursed by Beiesa. Customs regulations in the U.S.A. require that we display the full product value on the front of the package (this includes products that are purchased at a discounted price or are part of a promotion). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.



Beiesa has a 100% customer satisfaction policy. We take our customer service very seriously and wish every customer to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products, you may e-mail contact@beiesa.com. We will be happy to provide you with a replacement product or refund for purchases within 90 days.



Occasionally, an order is canceled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty in processing payment information
  • Cannot ship to address provided
  • Duplicate order was placed
  • Canceled due to a customer request (if possible)


Due to the extremely limited nature of our product, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order.


We definitely want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you’d like to return, we’re happy to honor our refund policy, excluding shipping fee within 90 days of the purchase date for any reason (no questions asked). To start your return, PLEASE SEE RETURN POLICY.

Inquiries are answered in the order they are received, please do not send multiple inquiries as this will place you at the end of the queue. We do our best to respond to all customers within a day. Response times may be extended during weekends, holidays, launches/restocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Our policy lasts 90 days, if 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund for any reason.

It takes about 7-15 business days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, and complete your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed, then allow for up to seven business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

The entire purchase must be returned within 90 days of purchase. For multi-pack orders, if more than one item is unsealed, a 10% return processing fee will be applied to each unsealed/used item, except the first used item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To ensure delivery we recommend sending your return via USPS.
